Request for Proposal – Development, Deployment, Hosting, and Maintenance of the Citywide Inclusive Sanitation Alliance Nepal (CWISAN) Website

UN-Habitat invitees from you to submits the proposal for “Development, Deployment, Hosting, and Maintenance of the Citywide Inclusive Sanitation Alliance Nepal (CWISAN) Website”  under the project “City-Wide Inclusive Sanitation (CWIS)”

We kindly request you submit the proposal with the documents listed below for further consideration in the selection process:

1. Technical Proposal should include:

·        Understanding of the assignment and responsiveness to the Terms of Reference

·        Proposed methodology and implementation approach

·        Detailed work plan and timeline

·        Description of the proposed technical solution and system architecture

·        Relevant experience of the firm and examples of similar assignments

·        Proposed team composition and key personnel qualifications (See TOR: 9. Team Composition and Qualification (Key Experts)

·        Quality assurance and risk management approach

·        Any additional information supporting the technical capacity of the firm

2. Financial Proposal should include:

·        Detailed financial breakdown of costs (See TOR: 14. Budget Details)

·        Confirmation of validity period of the financial offer

3. Company Legal Documents section should include:

·        Company/firm Profile – Describing the nature of business, organizational structure, field of expertise

·        Legal Status – Company/firm registration, latest renewal status, and VAT/PAN Certificates.

·        Latest at least 2 year Audited Financial Statement including recent– Income statements and balance sheets to indicate its financial stability, tax clearance certification, and auditors report.

·        Track Record – List of clients for similar services as required by UN-HABITAT, indicating description of contract scope and their contact address (email and phone number)

·        Written Self-Declaration that the company is not in the UN Security Council 1267/1989 List, UN Procurement Division List or Other UN Ineligibility List.

·        CV and certificates of the all-key experts (the proposed team should have at least one female member).

·        Sample of previous relevant works in self-placed interactive platforms (of the service provider and of each team member – link within CV or drive link).

Kindly submit your proposal in accordance with the Terms of Reference (TOR), ensuring that it addresses all requirements outlined under Section 13: Evaluation Method and Criteria in TOR.
